Register & Pay
Choose your customer type (Company, Foreign National or Individual), complete the online registration form, and pay the applicable fee (R 19 500 / R 16 950 / R 12 075). -
Verify Documents
Upload your KYC paperwork (ID or passport, proof of address, company registration) for our compliance team to review and approve. -
Receive Credentials & Access
Once your payment and documents clear, you’ll get a unique bidder ID and login details to enter the auction platform.

Pre-Auction Reservation (Optional)
Reserve any lot ahead of time by paying the refundable reservation fee (R 19 500 per vehicle) to secure front-of-queue bidding and a reservation ID. -
Live Auction Bidding
Log in at the scheduled start, review lot details, and place bids in real time. If you’re the highest bidder when the hammer falls, the winning bid becomes your invoice. -
Buy Now & Settlement
Skip bidding with our Buy Now option—pay the full settlement amount up front (no reservation fees apply). For auction wins, settle the hammer price plus any levies; once funds clear, arrange vehicle collection or delivery.
